What handgun models do you work on?
We work on any handgun model and slide. Whether you have a Glock, SIG Sauer, Springfield, Smith & Wesson, Taurus, or any other brand, we can accommodate your build. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering.
What do I ship to you?
Do NOT ship your entire firearm. Only ship the complete upper (slide assembly). Do not include your lower receiver, magazine, or any other parts. Ship your complete slide to:

How should I package my slide for shipping?
Wrap your slide securely in bubble wrap or foam and ship it in a sturdy box. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, ship your complete slide to our address above. When we receive it, we'll begin working on your service right away. For engraving and custom packages, we'll reach out to confirm design details before we begin.
How long does the service take?
Turnaround is typically 1–2 business days after we receive your component. Once complete, we'll ship it back to you promptly.
Do you offer refunds or rework?
All laser machining work is final. Due to the permanent and precision nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds or rework once the service has been completed. If you have questions or concerns about your design before we begin, please reach out first — we're happy to help.
I have a custom or complex design idea. Can you do it?
Absolutely. Email us at slideguyzllc@slideguyz.shop with your idea before ordering. Additional charges may apply depending on complexity.
